Local executor

The local executor is a simple executor that runs commands on a linux system
using **bash**.

   If you close |qm| all running jobs will be killed.

Params

Regarding the :ref:`parameters <params>` this executors only cares about
the :ref:`working directory <params wd>` and the :ref:`extra parameter <params extra>`.
